Athletic August Strength Training Plan!
Tomorrow is the first day of August so here’s a challenging routine to make the last month of summer really count!
These are all things you can do from home with just a set of weights. While this routine will make you more toned, stronger and trimmer, to significantly burn fat & shed pounds combine this plan with at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and a healthy balanced diet!

ps- rest days are important so don’t skip it! It’s better to take one day off and let your body recover then push it too far and get hurt. If you can try to time one of your cardio rest days for the same day as your strength rest day so your body gets a full day of recovery. :)
